Now Serving: Meringa by Ginori

A storied brand brings us a new, slightly unexpected shade that transforms the traditional tone of ivory with the embodied elegance we’ve come to expect from the iconic Ginori 1735 Oriente Italiano Collection.

A NEW MUSE FOR THIS MOMENT

It’s official. We are making room for a higher vibration around the table. And Meringa was made for this moment. Her enveloping layers of beige, glorious white pattern, and gold threading on a regal silhouette work as a metaphorical lunation of growth—past, present, and future. Her merited warmth knows better than anyone— the future she is choosing looks bright. This deep shade proves desire more than deserves a seat at the table. And to that, we say, “I do.” Let’s serve, shall we?

Ginori 1735 recently unveiled the Meringa as a new chapter in the Oriente Italiano Collection. Traditional tones are combined with modernity, creating a unique aesthetic of warm, enveloping shades of beige. By design, the unmistakable floral motifs and iconic golden threading are expressed with an ethereal grace, brilliantly brightening any mist en place.

To us, Meringa embodies the exotic, elegant, and artistic Italian traditions and graceful aesthetics we have all grown to love from our favorite collection. Adding this shade to the POSH collections was a no-brainer. While it's brilliant beige is an obvious tone for wedding tablescapes, it innately carries an energetic charm that works well on only occasion.

NOW GRACING A TABLE NEAR YOU

This glorious porcelain collection deserved a prime seat in our showroom, complete with fresh florals. We imagined setting this table for a micro wedding or elevated milestone moment in the home of a Dallas connoisseur with the most refined style, so of course, we needed the visionary floral team, Avant Garden, to work their magic. Creative lead, Michael Frasier, envisioned a delicious array of breathtaking roses in a color story of taupe, mauve, and deep pinks.

We love the pairing of Meringa with roses not only for its breathtaking beauty, but for other, perhaps less obvious reasons. It is well-known that roses are associated with love, healing, and spiritual connection—this is why they are often associated with weddings and Valentine’s Day among other love-related moments. But did you know roses also have the highest vibrational frequency of any plant, typically around 320 MHZ? The idea of “rose colored glasses” probably has a whole new meaning with this understanding. Thus, roses were the perfect accent to this artfully set tablescape.

ADD MERINGA TO YOUR MIX

Mocha Mouse, being the Pantone Color of the Year, was the perfect foundation for this stunning contrast of a brilliant floral centerpiece cascading into a waterful of roses, topped with a hanging installation of white orchids and ethereal dried elements.

We love how these gentle contrasts give Meringa a glorious place to shine. Meringa is also not afraid to mix with other colors or collections, making her unofficially the official muse of the moment. How will you play her into your aesthetic?
