Dear Valued Clients and Friends,
Working in the event industry means we have always taken immense pride in productivity and planning while keeping a calm head and surviving and thriving nonetheless. While we are always ready for the unpredictable at work, the current COVID-19 situation is unprecedented, and we are doing our part to calmly navigate this unique circumstance. It is difficult sending out this letter knowing the hard work of so many, but our top priority right now is to ensure the safety of our amazing community, clients, employees, and families, and we are responding accordingly.
While we cannot predict the future, we wanted to let you know we are addressing the epidemic with an abundance of caution and what you can expect from us in the near future:
- The POSH Showroom at 101 Cole Street will be closed the week of March 16th - March 20th.
- Sales staff will be working remotely and available via phone or email to answer questions/concerns.
- The warehouse staff will operate and fulfill delivery with minimal crew on any existing rental orders.
- Warehouse staff will follow elevated stringent cleaning and sanitation protocols and will continue to follow necessary and extensive precautions from governmental health agencies and organizations.
This is an unsettling situation for an industry where our purpose and passion is to gather around the table and enjoy the company of others. Whether homebound or healing, this community is very much alive. We will continue to share beautiful stories and inspiration through our social feeds as a momentary escape and to lift our spirits in self care and collaboration. We have confidence that our city will continue to exercise caution and common sense in the weeks to come so we can refocus and come back stronger than ever.
Given the evolving nature of this circumstance, we will carefully assess the situation in the coming week and share updates as they are available. Thank you for your support. We are with you every step of the way.
