To our POSH clients, vendors, and industry friends – We feel it is our responsibility to address COVID-19 in our industry so we can get through this together. We have always taken necessary steps to ensure the health of our team and clients. Below you will find a detailed explanation of how we are handling sanitization and details on our end so you can have full trust and peace of mind with every POSH order. I have a POSH rental delivery scheduled. What should I expect?

We can’t wait to serve you and are doing everything to ensure your peace of mind. On the day of delivery, a POSH driver will call the contact number listed on your rental reservation with an estimated time of arrival. The driver and delivery helper will sanitize their hands, truck interiors, door handles, and tools before each delivery. They will also wear face masks and disposable gloves to ensure a safe and sanitized delivery for you and your loved ones. Simply have an outside covered area (or even garage) designated for the rentals, and our team will handle the rest. Instead of signing paperwork in person, your sales stylist will email a direct link the day of your scheduled delivery to sign digitally using a smartphone.

What if I am picking up my rentals from the POSH Warehouse?

We now offer curbside delivery for all POSH clients. Park outside our loading dock or park in a POSH parking spot, and call the main showroom line at (972) 818-3200 to let us know you’re here. Please open the trunk or rear hatch of your vehicle before the rentals are brought outside, and we can place them directly inside for you. Instead of signing paperwork, your sales stylist will email you a link to sign your delivery contract using your smartphone. The same for your return: Call us when you are outside, and our team will retrieve the rentals from your vehicle.

How will my rentals be picked up?

Upon your scheduled pickup time, our team will contact you and let you know when they are on the way. Simply place your rentals back in the designated covered area or garage, and our crew will pick them up in the same way they were delivered.

We offer Contactless Paperwork!

The day before your event, you will receive by email, your delivery load slip with e-signature ability. You will have up to one hour after pick up or delivery to check your items and confirm that you have received your items in the counts and condition per our the terms of our rental contract. This confirmation can be made by the e-signature sent to you the previous day or a simple email or text to your Sales Stylists. The same process is appropriate for pick or return.

Will my rentals be cleaned and sanitized for my party?

All POSH rentals go through a two-step sanitation process before delivery and upon return to our warehouse. All of our china and stemware cleaning processes incorporate equipment that utilize water temperatures in excess of 190 degrees Fahrenheit which when combined with our cleaning solution, exceeds FDA food code.

Tables, chairs ,and general equipment are wiped down with an all-purpose cleaner, followed by the application of a spray sanitizer. This allows to air dry on the surface, in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, prior to making equipment available to use.

**Upon request we can individually wrap flatware, glassware and serving pieces.

Do I have to clean everything after my party?

Let us handle the dirty work while you sit back and relax. Simply pour out any liquids and scrape any large pieces of food off the dishes, and place them back in the POSH provided crates. Upon the day of pickup, place the rentals back in the designated area in which they were delivered, and we’ll take care of the rest. During these times, if your venue requires same day pick up, please let your Stylists know and we can make arrangements for you.

Do you offer private showroom appointments?

We are happy to offer private design sessions with a POSH sales stylist by appointment only. Appointment times are available by calling the main showroom line at (972) 818-3200 or by emailing our sales team at info@poshcouturerentals.com.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

If you prefer to design from the comfort of home, we can schedule a FaceTime or Zoom meeting for you with one of our helpful POSH sales stylists. We can walk you through our showroom to provide inspiration as well as prepare table mockups of items you are considering for your event.
